Yeh, I overdramatized th' car picture. I am sort of amazed that I got a Double, though.

Nobody getting in th' front passenger side anytime soon.

Might have to give it a couple more rips with th' old Tire Iron of Turin to get it Above Deductible if you know what I mean.

Did i say that.

Here in PA (and surely down where Roxtar lives), deer are simply *everywhere.* I hit a baby one once. Fuck, my daughter was upset about that one.

Hell, they're everywhere, now that I think of it. I remember one ran out of the woods and jogged next to my car for 50 yards or so. I was doing 40 the whole time & he just looked over at me. That was in Northern VA. Kind of a cool moment, actually -- like that scene out of (what was it?) Stand By Me, I think.

ps That car almost looks like a DeLorean.

Outside Clare Michigan, farm road

4:30 in the afternoon, dying light

Driving rental SUV back to hotel following my mom's funeral.

I comment to my son about keeping a sharp eye for wildlife.

On cue, two does spring out in front of us, one loses its footing, slides across the road on its rump, I narrowly miss hitting them AND winding up in a ditch.

I think my mom was just messing with us.
